2And it shall come to pass in the lastdays, that the mountainof the LORD’shouseshall be establishedin the topof the mountains, and shall be exaltedabove the hills; and all nationsshall flow unto it. 3And manypeopleshall goand say, Comeye, and let us go upto the mountainof the LORD, to the houseof the Godof Jacob; and he will teachus of his ways, and we will walkin his paths: for out of Zionshall go forththe law, and the wordof the LORDfrom Jerusalem. 4And he shall judgeamong the nations, and shall rebukemanypeople: and they shall beattheir swordsinto plowshares, and their spearsinto pruninghooks: nationshall not lift upswordagainst nation, neither shall they learnwar any more.
5O houseof Jacob, comeye, and let us walkin the lightof the LORD. 6Therefore thou hast forsakenthy peoplethe houseof Jacob, because they be replenishedfrom the east, and are soothsayerslike the Philistines, and they pleasethemselves in the childrenof strangers. 7Their landalso is fullof silverand gold, neither is there any endof their treasures; their landis also fullof horses, neither is there any endof their chariots: 8Their landalso is fullof idols; they worshipthe workof their own hands, that which their own fingershave made: 9And the mean manboweth down, and the great manhumblethhimself: therefore forgive them not. 10Enterinto the rock, and hidethee in the dust, forfearof the LORD, and for the gloryof his majesty. 11The loftylooksof manshall be humbled, and the haughtinessof menshall be bowed down, and the LORDalone shall be exaltedin that day.
12For the dayof the LORDof hosts shall be upon every one that is proudand lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low: 13And upon all the cedarsof Lebanon, that are highand lifted up, and upon all the oaksof Bashan, 14And upon all the highmountains, and upon all the hills that are lifted up, 15And upon every hightower, and upon every fencedwall, 16And upon all the shipsof Tarshish, and upon all pleasantpictures. 17And the loftinessof manshall be bowed down, and the haughtinessof menshall be made low: and the LORDalone shall be exaltedin that day. 18And the idolshe shall utterlyabolish. 19And they shall gointo the holesof the rocks, and into the cavesof the earth, forfearof the LORD, and for the gloryof his majesty, when he arisethto shake terriblythe earth.
20In that daya manshall casthis idolsof silver, and his idolsof gold, which they made each one for himselfto worship, to the molesand to the bats; 21To gointo the cleftsof the rocks, and into the topsof the ragged rocks, forfearof the LORD, and for the gloryof his majesty, when he arisethto shake terriblythe earth. 22Ceaseye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?
